Vegetables
We intend to provide the most nutritionally dense, soil-based vegetables in the county. We believe we are the only organic market gardeners in West Tennessee. Let us know if anyone else can use the handle "organic" without paying a USDA fine! Most vegetables are available year round. Please visit our shop to see availability.
Fruits
We added two 300' rows of blueberries in 2016, along with the earlier planting that has been producing since 2008. Our blackberries, blueberries, cantaloupes and watermelons are available during the summer season! Our figs are available for both the summer and fall seasons! Visit our shop to check availability!
Honey
&
Beeswax
We have honey and beeswax available all year round! Beeswax candles do not bend over as they burn and when melted, beeswax does not overfeed candle wicks, thus resulting in in a white, round flame that lasts longer and gives more light than any potential substitute for beeswax in candles. Beeswax floats on water and has the highest melting point of any known wax. Honey has been found to have medicinal qualities, particularly when applied topically to burns, wounds, and ulcers.
Herbs
Our herbs are available during the summer and spring seasons! We have beautiful sweet peppers that are certified organic. Take a look at our shop for our fresh herbs!
